Unbeatable location, beautiful building, we loved well-appointed rooms. The food was savoury for breakfast. Service was excellent in the great city center hotel.
There was uncomfortable bed in my room.

I loved our stay, the staff were classy and the location was fab. There was a modern restaurant, a market and stores next door. Bright view, a lovely balcony, incredible bed, too. Extremely convenient hotel, efficient service.

Very clean rooms and helpful stuff. It was nice to have coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator available. Emilia, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

My favorite hotel in Knoxville, the stuff was well-mannered. I liked the reception, it was warm. Relaxing property in a walkable area, near bars and restaurants.

We really loved our time here. All in all, it was amazing base for traveling to Knoxville. We took a king room and it had heating, a small fridge and a writing desk. Bar staff went the extra mile for us...

Convenient hotel, good and absolutely perfect rooms. Staff was willing to help and some of them were outstandingly accommodating. Huge suite and really comfy bed. The breakfast was REASONABLY GOOD and offered lots of items. Five star location at a moderate distance from a public park.

location within 1 mile of thompson. the hotel was situated near the knoxville bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. it was definitely 3 stars for us.

overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. we had a car, so 5 minutes drive to james white fort. downtown knoxville district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.
